Scope and company

Lucentive Labs Ltd provides lucentive.io. Its registered office and company details are listed in the Imprint.

This page is the umbrella legal entry point. It does not replace the terms for a product or a separately agreed engagement.

Product terms

IAS has published terms for its product surface. LucidMatch addenda are not yet published.

Separate agreements

If Lucentive Labs Ltd and you enter a separate signed service agreement, the terms for that engagement are set out in the agreement. This website page does not restate them.

Lucentive Early Support

Early Support is a commercial payment to Lucentive Labs Ltd, processed by Stripe. It is not a charitable donation, is not tax-deductible, and does not produce a charitable receipt. The intended Lucentive Foundation is not incorporated and does not receive the payment.

The amount and whether the payment is one-time or monthly are shown before Stripe Checkout. Monthly support continues until canceled through the support-management portal. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not refund earlier settled payments.

One settled qualifying payment creates one Early Supporter recognition in Lucentive One. Recognition is not equity, a token, voting power, membership, product access, or a promise of a benefit. A full refund, dispute, or fraud invalidation removes it only when no other qualifying settled payment remains.

Applicable mandatory refund rights remain unaffected. For a refund request or a payment problem, use Support. Any public acknowledgement is optional, moderated, and may be declined or removed. Mission updates require a separate email confirmation and can be unsubscribed separately.
