The bet
The bottleneck is operational.
Inside large organizations, AI work moves through review, audit, approval, and lifecycle steps built for slower systems. The advantage goes to teams that can make those controls part of the delivery loop instead of treating them as cleanup. Lucentive turns founder-led regulated-production patterns into method and software, so context, controls, and ownership can carry into the next environment.
- Audit and approval
- Review boundaries and the record of what ran are the core of the work, not an afterthought.
- Reusable context
- What an agent needs to know is written once, validated alongside every run, and reused.
- Operating cadence
- The team rhythm and ownership boundaries that keep the system reliable as models change.
Where the work shows up
Three places to inspect the work.
- 01
Founder
Niklas leads AI delivery in a regulated production environment where review, audit, and engineering sit in the same loop. Lucentive packages the resulting patterns, not the underlying client relationship.
- 02
Partners
7N joins selected enterprise delivery when a program needs additional senior capacity. Globeteam serves as a strategic partner for selected enterprise opportunities.
- 03
Product
Intuitive Agent System (IAS) is Lucentive's software harness. It runs coding agents with auditability, reusable context, and real control. Currently live in beta with a Design Partner program.

How the work compounds
What we earn in engagements becomes product.
Field work earns the pattern.
Our methodology is earned by the founder leading AI delivery under strict regulated-production constraints. The operating model must hold up under audit, change control, and approval boundaries.
The harness ships first.
Intuitive Agent System (IAS) productizes the parts of the methodology that belong in software: context management, in-line review, and run records. The software ships into the customer's environment; the rest of the methodology is taught.
The system travels.
Patterns like review cadence and capability propagation apply to the next environment without restarting the work. One environment proving the pattern is a result. Many environments running the same pattern is a category.
Founder
Niklas Mencke
Niklas Mencke founded Lucentive. His current field work is regulated-production AI delivery: placing review, audit, and approval boundaries in the same loop as engineering work. Lucentive turns those patterns into method and product without presenting the underlying client work as a public endorsement.
His path to Lucentive runs through enterprise engineering roles where the hardest part was rarely the model itself. The harder work was the system around delivery: which decision the AI work serves, who can approve it, what context travels with it, and what evidence remains after the change ships.
Enterprise OS is the firm methodology that carries those patterns forward. IAS is the software expression for engineering teams that need review, approval, context, and evidence in the same workflow.
Standing
Lucentive is 100% founder-owned, with no outside investment. We are boutique by design. Current openings are on the careers page.
AboutWhat is next
Two horizons running in parallel.
On the engagement side, Lucentive takes selected regulated-enterprise work where the operating model is the binding constraint, with partners joining as needed. On the product side, IAS moves from a Design Partner beta toward an Enterprise tier based on clear readiness gates. The field-tested methodology compounds across both.

- Investor
Talking to a small set of investors about the next 12 to 24 months. If the operating-model thesis tracks for your fund, write directly. The note can be short; the detail lives in the meeting.
Write to Niklas - Strategic partner
If you are evaluating a technology partner relationship, bring the failure mode you cannot ignore. We work on selected engagements where the operating-model gap is the core constraint.
