Founder & CEO, Lucentive

Niklas Mencke

Niklas Mencke is the founder and CEO of Lucentive. He builds the company as one coherent body with four public pillars: Labs tests what is real, Studios builds companies, Systems governs what scales, and the Foundation carries the human consequence of the work.

His operating method was earned in regulated-bank production, where AI-assisted work had to stand up to review, audit, and real delivery pressure. Lucentive codified that method and teaches it. Here, that discipline becomes a company: proof close to the work, evidence close to decisions, and ambition answerable to governance.

With Bruna Graz, Niklas lives in a polyamorous, non-monogamous life partnership. They name that publicly because the ethic behind Lucentive is not possession. It is love, freedom with responsibility, truth without shame, and abundance that makes human life larger.

His mandate is to engineer abundance: systems, companies, and practices that spread capability, make the Foundation possible, and bring more love, agency, and beauty into the world.
