Hendril Muinarczyki Lara

Hendril Muinarczyki Lara was driving deliveries in Praia da Rosa, Brazil, when Niklas first talked with him about what Lucentive was building. He is now the Chief Technology Officer for the whole company.

As CTO, Hendril brings Lucentive's deepest technical knowledge to the work: the architecture behind the Intuitive Agent System, the production discipline behind Lucentive's enterprise delivery, and the judgment calls that keep every pillar's engineering coherent as the company grows.

His mandate is to make sure Lucentive's technology stays as rigorous under real production pressure as it is ambitious on a whiteboard.
